Dwelln is a real estate media management platform that enables media companies, realtors, and consumers to manage property listings, schedule services, communicate, and facilitate property showings. The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.
You agree not to use the Service to: upload unlawful or infringing content; impersonate others; interfere with the Service's operation; attempt unauthorized access to any systems; or use automated tools to scrape or extract data without permission.
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Dwelln a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. Dwelln's branding, design, and code remain the property of Dwelln.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dwelln shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
